"Our Wildflower Adventure up in the mountains had all the excitement of a great scavenger hunt in search of beautiful photo opportunities!  Many "secret" locations were revealed along the way and we had freedom to roam around and explore our own perspectives, while still being within sight of the group. It seemed a new picture was always popping up around the next bend and we took time to include as many "STOP!...Gotta have it!" shots as would fit into the time schedule. Since my foot was in a walking cast at the time, it was particularly nice to be so pampered...to be driven around and have extra assistance with my camera gear or pulled up an incline. I've been traveling with April for over 15 years! We first met via a LinkedIn meet-up and have been close friends ever since. We traveled all over the west coast, but this was my first Fall Foliage trip with her - I've been trying to make that happen for years. It was fabulous! April always does her homework and tailors each trip to the group. She packs so much into a day that you'll sit down at the fabulous B&B at the end of each day and marvel that you were in 3 states that day! Just received our itinerary package from April for our New England trip, and I'm actually overwhelmed at the detailed information and maps she has provided. I'm positive we would never be able to see some of the areas, shops and restaurants she suggested on our own. My trip with April was last October. We went to Vermont & New Hampshire and I had a great time. She travels with a small group and was able to take us to places where you wouldn't go with a large tour group. She did a great job organizing the trip. I am an amateur photographer but went because of the sightseeing. I ended up taking over 800 pictures with my cell phone camera! We stayed in B&B's mostly, a couple of them really great places (with unbelievably delicious breakfasts!). I have pictures and memories that I will cherish for years.
